Is it possible to be “saved” and then revert to “unbelief” only then to be destroyed? Those seem to be a contradiction of terms. How can one be delivered and then destroyed? Admittedly, this is a disturbing thought, but the words of Jude 5 are disturbing, saying that some of those whom Jesus saved out of the Egypt were then destroyed because of their unbelief. What kind of salvation was that? What kind of unbelief was that? What kind of destruction was that? What, if anything, does this have to do with us? This Sunday’s message, "Delivered and Destroyed," is from Jude 5.
