SHBC Special Music Schedule June-July 2008

 

Practices on Sunday:

Worship leader and instrumentalists: 8:30 am and 5:30 pm

AM Specials:  8:50 am

PM Offertories:  practice after morning service

Choir:  4:15 pm

All practicing in the auditorium should be completed 15 min. prior to the service.

 

♫  For sermon themes and sound personnel schedule:  Check with Emily.

♫  If you  intend to use Power Point in any fashion send/give it to Pam by Thursday morning.

 ♫ Please do not wait until Sunday morning to do Power Point.  Thank you!

 

♫♫ Specials: Please notify the office by Tuesday (of the week you sing) the name of the song you will be singing and who will be singing with you if it is a change from the schedule.  We do not wish to hinder the Spirit’s working in any way so if you need to make a last minute change that is fine.  Knowing in advance just helps us plan the service.
